SCRYO — TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or purchasing from spermcryo.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from SCRYO. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Products & Services SCRYO offers at-home sperm cryopreservation kits for personal use. Our kits are intended for collection and shipment to a certified laboratory for processing and storage. SCRYO does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before use.

4. Ordering & Payment All prices are listed in USD. By submitting an order, you authorize SCRYO to charge your payment method for the full amount. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • SCRYO currently ships within the United States only
  • Standard overnight shipping: Included with your order
  • Friday to Saturday delivery: $75
  • Return shipments must be sent Monday–Thursday only. Shipments arriving on weekends or holidays may not be processed
  • Please contact your nearest FedEx location to confirm their latest drop-off time before shipping
  • SCRYO is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or holiday schedules

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Unused kits: Contact us within 10 days of purchase and before shipping your kit for processing. A $99 kit charge per kit plus shipping costs will be deducted; the remainder will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Damaged items: Contact us immediately upon discovery. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
  • EU customers (when applicable): Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Please note that this right may not apply to biological specimen kits once the seal has been broken or the kit has been used, as these are perishable/personalized goods. Contact us at info@cryopointllc.com to initiate any return.

7. Limitation of Liability SCRYO is not liable for the viability, quality, or outcome of biological specimens once collected and shipped. Handling, transport conditions, and laboratory processing are outside our direct control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BHC LLC's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Privacy Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at spermcryo.com.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at info@cryopointllc.com. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Indianapolis, Indiana.

11. Changes to Terms BHC LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
