Refund policy
Circumstances change and we realize that you may need a refund so we ask you to consider these steps in order to receive a refund:
Unused Kits – Contact us to notify us of the change and if done so within (10) days from purchase and before you ship to us for processing, you may request a refund. There will be a deduct of $99 Kit Charge (per kit) and any shipping charges. Remaining monies will be refunded to your credit card used for the purchase.
Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if you discover the kit or items in the box have been damaged in shipping. Our team will work with you to resolve any issues and be sure you have what you need.
